PHILLIES: Eflin is rolling. He allowed one run in a complete game Tuesday against Atlanta, picking up his first big league win. He also has a 2.03 ERA in his last four starts, following a rocky debut June 14 in Toronto.

Tyler Chatwood (8-4) 3.08 ERA

ROCKIES: In his first start since suffering a back injury 2 1/2 weeks before, Chatwood held the Giants to two runs (one earned) in five innings, even though he had issues with command. He should be up to a full pitch count now.
