PHILLIES: Velasquez has dominated at times, but the Phillies are having him pitch Tuesday to give him a few more days of rest to knock out some of the “dead arm” he had been experiencing in his past couple starts.

Jose Urena (1-1) 7.52 ERA

MARLINS: Urena got the call after Monday’s game to fill the open spot in the rotation, at least temporarily. It will be Urena’s first start of the season after posting a 7.52 ERA in 16 'pen appearances prior to being sent down in June.
