PHILLIES: Morgan snapped the longest losing streak of the season in his last outing. After nine consecutive losses, he defeated Miami with a six-inning stint in which he yielded only one run on five hits while striking out five. He did not walk a batter.

Gio Gonzalez (10-9) 4.40 ERA

NATIONALS: Gonzalez had been pitching well before a rough start against the Braves on Tuesday, in which he allowed six runs without recording an out in the fourth inning. The lefty has a 1.40 ERA in three starts against the Phillies this season.
