Spring Training Game Thread: Braves at Phillies

It’s so nice when Phillies spring training games are televised. It’s sunny in Clearwater and people are wearing shorts and t-shirts and drinking drinks with little umbrellas in them and sitting on the grass, and we should all hate them. They’re there and we’re here in various states of cold snowy winter, and I want to dump snow on their heads.

I’m so tired of winter I could just vomit.

But I won’t, because there’s a spring training game today! The Phillies and Braves square off on another meaningless game, but at least it gives us a chance to watch some baseball. Here’s the lineup.

I mean, I’ll never turn down a chance to watch Jerad Eickhoff pitch.
