Okay. The Phillies made it through their first series with the Nationals with no problem. That’s a big relief. But now they face the Mets, and hoo boy.

It’s the battle of the young starters! Jerad Eickhoff and Jacob deGrom face off tonight, and I’m very excited. Brock Stassi gets another start tonight, which is very cool. I love Stassi, I want him to succeed, and I’m glad that Pete Mackanin is giving him the chance to sink or swim.
