Another game against the Nationals, but on Jackie Robinson Day.

Today is a special day, for today is Jackie Robinson Day. 70 years ago today, Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in baseball. Today, all players wear the number 42, which is a touching tribute that’s worth the confusion we all feel when trying to figure out just who is who on the field.

And now, the lineups.

Today's Lineups

PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES WASHINGTON NATIONALS
Cesar Hernandez - 2B Wilmer Difo - SS
Howie Kendrick - LF Anthony Rendon - 3B
Odubel Herrera - CF Bryce Harper - RF
Maikel Franco - 3B Daniel Murphy - 2B
Michael Saunders - RF Ryan Zimmerman - 1B
Tommy Joseph - 1B Chris Heisey - LF
Andrew Knapp - C Michael Taylor - CF
Freddy Galvis - SS Jose Lobaton - C
Jeremy Hellickson - RHP Tanner Roark - RHP

The return of Jeremy Hellickson! He was in the process of pitching a gem last week when a forearm cramp limited his outing to just five innings. Let’s hope he’s properly hydrated today so he can dazzle us again.
