Is it time to leave Los Angeles yet?

It’s going to be hard to get over last night’s game. Everything was fine, and then things turned into a complete mess. It’s tough to watch the team lose like that.

It’s also infuriating to watch the team lose like that. And it’s okay to be angry. Because after this game, the Phillies will leave Los Angeles, and won’t play the Dodgers again until September. So whatever happens in today’s game, just remember: it’ll all be over soon. And then the Phillies will go to Chicago and face the Cubs, and a whole new nightmare will begin.

Today's Lineups

Cesar Hernandez - 2B Andrew Toles - CF
Freddy Galvis - SS Cody Bellinger - LF
Daniel Nava - LF Justin Turner - 3B
Maikel Franco - 3B Adrian Gonzalez - 1B
Aaron Altherr - CF Yasiel Puig - RF
Michael Saunders - RF Yasmani Grandal - C
Tommy Joseph - 1B Chris Taylor - 2B
Cameron Rupp - C Enrique Hernandez - SS
Nick Pivetta - RHP Hyun-Jin Ryu - LHP

It’s Nick Pivetta debut day, everyone! Nick Pivetta is making his major league debut today! It’s very exciting! And since he’s making his first start against the Dodgers in Los Angeles, I’m sure it’s also a little terrifying. So everyone, send your positive vibes to Nick Pivetta, because I think he might need them.
