Cam Perkins - 0 for 2, R, K, HBP
Roman Quinn - 0 for 2, K
J.P. Crawford - 2 for 5, 2B, K

Nick Williams - 0 for 5, 2 K
Ben Lively wasn’t good, but improved to 5-1. He was hit with a 4-run 3rd inning in which the big blow came via a 3-run HR. Thankfully, the IronPigs answered with a 6-run 5th inning to pull ahead 7-5. Dylan Cozens hit his 5th HR in his last 7 games. He is up to 10 on the season, which also leads the International League. That Crawford kid banged out a couple more hits. Jorge Alfaro broke an 0 for 15 drought in the 5th inning with a double.
Reading 6, Erie 2
Tyler Viza - 5 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 2 ER, BB, 2 K, 2 HR, 6 GB, 5 FB

Jiandido Tromp - 2 for 3, R
Harold Martinez - 1 for 4, R
Angelo Mora - 2 for 4, 2B, HR, 5 RBI, K
Tyler Viza hasn’t had an easy go of it in AA the past two seasons, but last night was arguably his best of this season at least. Austin Davis has been spectacular in relief in Clearwater (0.00 ERA, 31 K’s) and made his debut in Reading last night. Angelo Mora hit a 3-run HR in the 4th inning to give the Fightins a 4-0 lead. It was Mora’s 3rd HR of the season. Scott Kingery’s ended a 5-game hitting streak with a whimper.
Fort Myers 5, Clearwater 2
Franklyn Kilome - 2.1 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 2 K, 2 GB, 2 FB
Harold Arauz - 3.2 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 6 K, WP, 5 GB, 0 FB
Jacob Waguespack - 2.2 IP, 1 H, 3 R, 0 ER, BB, 3 K, HR, WP
Zach Coppola - 0 for 3, BB
Herlis Rodriguez - 1 for 2, 2 RBI, BB
Cornelius Randolph - 0 for 4, 3 K
Damek Tomscha - 0 for 4, K
Wilson Garcia - 0 for 4
Deivi Grullon - 1 for 4, R
Mark Laird - 1 for 4, R, K
Drew Stankiewicz - 0 for 2 (fielding error)
Emmanuel Marrero - 1 for 2, BB, K, CS
Franklyn Kilome wasn’t trending well prior to a rain delay, which ended his evening. He had already thrown 59 pitches without completing the 3rd inning. Harold Arauz has been great as the long-relief this season for Lakewood and was promoted to make his High-A debut last night. The offense could only muster 4 hits on the evening, going 1 for 7 with RISP. Herlis Rodriguez remains a bright spot, slashing .301/.374/.534 with 5 HR and 5 SB. Cornelius Randolph struggles continues as his average dips to .190 with 41 strikeouts in 126 at-bats.
Columbia 5, Lakewood 4
JoJo Romero - 5.2 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 1 ER, 4 BB, 4 K, 9 GB, 2 FB
Ismael Cabrera - 0.2 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 1 ER, BB, K, HBP
Will Hibbs - 2.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 5 K
Daniel Brito - 0 for 5 (fielding and missed catch errors)
Raul Rivas - 2 for 5, 2 R, K
Mickey Moniak - 2 for 5, 2 R (fielding error)
Darick Hall - 1 for 4, K, HBP
Henri Lartigue - 0 for 5, 2 RBI, K
Cord Sandberg - 3 for 4, 2 2B, RBI, K
Luke Williams - 1 for 4, 3 K
Edgar Cabral - 0 for 4, K
Carlos Duran - 2 for 4, 2B, K (fielding error)
JoJo Romero has good stuff, but the control has been a bit of an issue this season. He is up to 17 walks (to 40 K) in 38.1 innings so far. Ismael Cabrera didn’t do him any favors either, allowing an inherited runner (TIM TEBOW...who reached on an error previously) to score. Daniel Brito slumping hard, batting only .125 in his last 10. After an 0 for 6 Sunday, Mickey Moniak bounced back for his first multi-hit game since 5/7.
