Reading is slumping hard, falling again yesterday afternoon to a season-high 6 game losing streak. Drew Anderson and Co. had an adventure of a 1st inning that included 3 walks, 3 hits and 2 errors that resulted in 4 runs (2 earned). The offense was pretty ho-hum outside of the usual from Scott Kingery and Andrew Pullin. Kingery’s big day boosted his OPS to a crazy 1.021.

Doubleheader sweep! Alberto Tirado got his 3rd win and walked his 2nd fewest batters of the season. Jacob Waguespack made his first professional start of his career last night and did fairly well for himself.
