So, okay. There’s at least one positive thing we can carry forward from last night. Phillies pitching lasted 10 innings against the Cardinals, and held their offense to just one run. That’s a good thing.
I won’t mention that the Phillies offense was also held to one run, and that in the 11th inning, the bullpen had a messy explosion that cost the team a frankly stupid amount of runs. I’m not mentioning that. Nope.
And hey, at least Edubray Ramos and Casey Fein can’t pitch tonight! Silver lining!
