Yesterday, I didn’t think I should dream about four wins in a row.
And then we were gifted with that superb Aaron Nola start. Swoon. I feel like the last few days have been a small reward for surviving the month of May. Four wins in a row AND Aaron Nola brilliance. It’s almost too much to handle.
Jerad Eickhoff was the other recipient of the Pete Mackanin swift-kick-in-the-ass talk, which inspired Nola to his start last night. Maybe we’ll see a big step forward for him, too.
