Hey guys, today is June ninth. That’s 6/9. You know what that means. See, I’m making a funny internet joke. It’s so funny and good. Just so so good. It’s great, I love it. This internet joke that I love. With all the loving.

Okay, now that’s out of the way, there’s a game tonight! Let’s see who’ll be playing.

God, the Cardinals!? Can we just not? Please? I put in a request to the MLB’s official President of Grudges and Drama, but for some reason I haven’t heard back. Maybe because that’s not an actual position, and my request was just me screaming into a paper bag, sealing the top, and throwing it into the ocean.

On the bright side, the Cardinals have lost six straight and are reeling. I’m sure that they’re looking at this series, with one of baseball’s hang-doggiest teams, as a chance for them to get back on track. I’d like for the Phillies to make them regret that.
