Home Run Derby Open Thread: Let the homers begin

Good Lord do I love home runs. They’re just fun. And tonight, we get to watch a lot of them be hit very hard and very far. It’s a dream come true.

No, there are no Phillies in the Home Run Derby, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy it. Plus, home runs are joyful, especially when none of them can make your team lose!

Here’s the bracket.

As a society, I think we’ll feel cheated if we don’t get a Giancarlo Stanton/Aaron Judge final round, but all we can do is count the homers.
