Game Thread 9/26: Nationals at Phillies

He’s baaaaaaaaaack.

I know it’s not fun for the Phillies and their pitchers when Bryce Harper is playing. But he was activated today and he’s starting tonight. And frankly, I’m excited.

Not just because he could one day be on the Phillies (maybe). But because he’s a great player and I love him. I know he’s on another team, but he’s the best. He’s fun and great and now that he doesn’t have those horrid braids in his hair I’m happy to see him.

Gio Gonzalez is pitching for the Nats tonight, and he’s had a lot of luck against the Phillies in the past. But who knows, maybe the Phillies will catch Gonzalez on a bad night and break out of their funk.
