Nine years ago, Mac from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia wrote a passionate soliloquy to his favorite Phillies player, Chase Utley, in a letter that was alive with childlike enthusiasm and daddy issues.

We laughed at the time at the ridiculousness of it all, knowing that not too far below the surface, our own, very similar, very real feelings lurked, and we were only ever one too many drinks away from them spilling out into the world. In any case, it strengthened the bond between the show, the city, and the second baseman, who actually responded to the letter four years later.

Now, it’s 2018, and the world makes even less sense: The Eagles are in the Super Bowl.

It only took 24 seconds, but Chase Utley, Robb McElhenney (Mac), and Kaitlin Olson from Sunny put together the Eagles Super Bowl video you’ll be talking about all day.
