Enyel De Los Santos, with just his 4th start of the season giving up more than 1 earned run, gets the no-decision last night. His ERA rose to 1.73 in 83.1 IP.

After pitching a 5-inning one-hitter with 7 strikeouts last week, Juan Escorcia was promptly lit up last night. Of course, the defense behind him didn’t do him any favors. The offense also wasn’t entirely opportunistic despite the 9 hits and 3 walks issued. Jonathan Guzman hit his 1st HR of the season last night. Matt Vierling has hit safely in all 8 games to start his professional career and is slashing .471/.500/.588 in 34 at-bats. Alec Bohm similarly has failed to not to tally a hit either. He is 7 for 19 between GCL and Williamsport.
