Game Thread 8/26: Phillies at Blue Jays

Get me out of players weekend. Just get me out of here. Every single game the Phillies have played in those nickname uniforms has been a different kind of frustrating heartbreak. I mean come on. Yesterday was a great offensive day for the Phillies and they still couldn’t get everything working together and get a win.

Here’s today’s lineup that will hopefully not frustrate us as much as the last two games, because good god.

I’m way too baseball depressed to say much about this lineup. Vince Velasquez. And all the other guys we all know by now.

So let’s get this going so we can get through the game and then burn these jerseys until they’re ash.
