Pawtucket 5, Lehigh Valley 3

Enyel De Los Santos - 4.2 IP, 8 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 2 BB, 5 K, 6 GB, 1 FB
Pedro Florimon - 0 for 4, K
Mitch Walding - 0 for 4 (fielding error)
Joey Meneses - 1 for 3, R, BB, K
Dylan Cozens - 2 for 4, 2 R, 2 HR, 3 RBI, K (outfield assist, 2B)
Zach Green - 1 for 4, 2 K
Aaron Altherr - 0 for 0, BB

Enyel De Los Santos, for perspective, gave up more than 3 earned runs in an outing for just the second time all season last night. He sits at 10-5 record with a 2.63 ERA in 126.2 IP. The offense was even more disappointing, combining for just 5 hits. Dylan Cozens joined the 20 homer club last night with his 20th and 21st bombs of the season. That is 3 straight seasons of 20+ homers for the mammoth outfielder.

Richmond 3, Reading 2

Ranfi Casimiro - 6 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 2 ER, BB, 7 K, HR, 5 GB, 3 FB
Austin Listi - 1 for 4, R, BB, K
Darick Hall - 1 for 3, RBI, BB (fielding error)
Jose Pujols - 1 for 4, RBI, 3 K
Deivi Grullon - 0 for 4, 2 K
Jan Hernandez - 0 for 1, K

Ranfi Casimiro notches his 4th AA loss of the season despite his excellent effort. The Fightin’s offense went 2 for 9 with RISP and left 9 on base. Adam Haseley (temporary inactive list) and Cornelius Randolph (hit by a pitch, but not on the DL) both remain out of the lineup.

Clearwater 2, Jupiter 1

Adonis Medina - 7 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 ER, BB, 7 K, HBP, 10 GB, 3 FB
Daniel Brito - 1 for 5, K
Arquimedes Gamboa - 0 for 3, BB
Luke Williams - 2 for 4, K, SB
Henri Lartigue - 0 for 4, 4 K
Edgar Cabral - 1 for 4, R, K
Grenny Cumana - 1 for 4, R
Jose Gomez - 1 for 4, K (throwing error)
Kevin Markham - 1 for 3, 2 RBI, BB, K, SB

Adonis Medina picks up his 10th win of the season in another strong outing for the promising 21 year old righty. In his last four starts he has put together: 26 IP, 17 H, 4 ER, 8 BB, 28 K. The win catapulted the Threshers to 2nd Half North Division Champs and a playoff berth. Kevin Markham was the hero with a 2-RBI single in the top of the 7th to give Clearwater the 2-1 lead. Mickey Moniak was curiously not in the lineup for the 2nd straight game.
