Recently, Jim Salisbury has reported that Gabe Kapler, in an almost unprecedented move in baseball managerial evaluation, has sent a survey of sorts to various members of the Phillies’ organization. At first, it wasn’t clear what was included in the survey, but thanks to some digging, pleading and old fashioned journalism, we here at The Good Phight have obtained a copy of several of the questions Kapler has posed to people. We have included it here for you to take for yourself. In case you were wondering, yes - we will forward the results to the man himself, so please take the time to consider your answers carefully.
