Game Thread 9/5: Phillies at Marlins

Last night was pretty great, wasn’t it? It was so great to see the Phillies score some runs! I didn’t know they could still do that. I thought it had been outlawed!

But no. Scoring runs was legal. And the Phillies did it a lot last night. Let’s take a look at tonight’s lineup.

Series win time. This is important! Well, at this point every game is important. But this is especially important. The Braves lost today, blowing a seven-run lead in the final two innings. The Phillies must capitalize on this.

I think they can do it. But I’ve been wrong before.
