The 3-4-5 of that lineup really looks like a classic 2014 lineup. Old guy, old guy, guy who spent most of the year in the minors and didn’t improve. It’s vintage! It’s throwback! It’s not a fever dream flashback to a time I already lived through once!
But Aaron Nola is on the mound tonight. That is something to be happy about. Close your eyes and think about Aaron Nola. And now open your eyes, because he’s about to be on TV.
