Apparently there’s a lot of dead sparrows lying around Philadelphia, meaning that either a virus is killing our birds, or the buildings are. Whatever the case, it’s a wonderful sign of the Phillies’ likelihood of a sweep today against the Rockies. With two hair-raising wins this weekend, maybe the Phillies will just blow away Colorado today before taking on the Cubs next week. Stay tuned!
