Today’s Probables:

LWD: Jhordany Mezquita
WIL: Luis Ramirez
Lehigh Valley 4, Syracuse 3
Cole Irvin - 6 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 2 ER, BB, 3 K, HR, 7 GB, 5 FB
Jan Hernandez - 0 for 4, R, BB, 3 K
Austin Listi - 3 for 5, 2 R, 2B, HR, 2 RBI
Deivy Grullon - 0 for 3, R, BB, 2 K
Nick Williams - 2 for 4
Malquin Canelo - 0 for 3, BB, K
Austin Listi, huh? Dude continues to hit after a brutal April in Reading. Since then he has slashed .296/.396/.531 with 10 HR and 25 walks to 31 strikeouts across two levels. He’s 25 years old and is having initial success in AAA. He doesn’t have a true position besides 1st base, but can fake it at 3rd and LF. He could make a decent bench bat in August/September if he keeps up the hitting with Lehigh Valley. Cole Irvin pitched well enough the casual fans will probably want him to get a second chance in a Phillies rotation.
Trenton 7, Reading 0
Bailey Falter - 5 IP, 8 H, 4 R, 4 ER, BB, HR, 8 GB, 5 FB
Adam Haseley - 0 for 3, 2 K, HBP
Alec Bohm - 0 for 3, BB, 2 K
Mickey Moniak - 0 for 4, 2 K
Yes, Reading was no-hit by Trenton. Bailey Falter took his 5th loss of the season, seeing his ERA rise to 4.41. Adam Haseley made his first rehab starts since hitting the IL all too soon after his major league debut.
Delmarva 3, Lakewood 2
Tyler McKay - 5 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, BB, 4 K, WP, 5 GB, 2 FB
Jonathan Guzman - 1 for 4, BB, K, SB
Rafael Marchan - 0 for 5
Luis Garcia - 0 for 2, R, 2 BB, SB
Abraham Gutierrez - 1 for 3, R, BB, K
Carlos De La Cruz - 1 for 4, RBI, 2 K
Seth Lancaster - 1 for 4, K, 2 SB
Cole Stobbe - 0 for 2, 2 BB, K, SB
Malvin Matos - 0 for 4, K
Yerwin Trejo - 2 for 4, CS
Tyler McKay (5.20 ERA) pitches one of his better games of the season. Rafi Gonell came in to relieve McKay, but wound up giving up the walk-off RBI-single to lose the game. Jonathan Guzman remains elusive on the basepaths, stealing his 22nd base. This leads the entire organization and 11th most in all of minor league baseball.
