Today has been a crusher. Andrew McCutchen is done for the year and many fans are already calling an end to the season. Instead of dwelling on that, let’s focus on the good. We get to see the debut of Adam Haseley, the team’s first round pick from 2017, will make his debut and in the words of Gabe Kapler, will bat “regularly”. Haseley will make his debut hitting eighth, the spot with the least amount of pressure on it. Let’s hope he doesn’t let the moment get too big for him.
