Game Thread 9/3: Phillies at Reds

Tonight, the Phillies will face Lucas Sims of the Reds, a man making his third start (and 18th) appearance of the season. He is being used because the starter that is supposed to be on the mound, Alex Wood, has lower back soreness. The Phillies should probably be able to best Sims with their awake-looking offense of late, and hopefully get one of those promising starts out of Vince Velasquez that we see every couple of weeks or so.
