The Phils head to D.C. as the #7 seed in the NL, just 1⁄2 game ahead of the #8 seed (Reds), and the two other teams the Reds are tied with (Brewers and Giants).

For the Phillies:

After leaving yesterday’s game early, Bryce Harper feels well enough to bat, at least, and he’s DH-ing tonight. Andrew McCutchen gets the night off.
