The Phillies and Red Sox meet today as part of a make-up doubleheader. The Phillies could really use a sweep of the two games as they embark on a pretty important week where their playoff chance could be made or broken by the end of this 8 games in 6 days stretch they’re about to do. Boston, on the other hand, are simply looking to stay consistent as they’ve been marred by poor production from all around the diamond this season, sending them to the AL East basement.
