Gamethread 5/19: Marlins at Phillies

If the Phillies win by one every team in the NL East could end the day with a negative run differential!

MLB: Miami Marlins at Philadelphia Phillies
Torreyes gets the start after hitting that ball at his eyes last night
Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

The Phillies and Marlins are back at it for game two tonight, after last night’s dramatic 8th inning comeback that definitely didn’t occur two minutes after I had entirely given up on winning that game! Tonight pits Trevor Rogers versus the Phillies and Zack Eflin. Rogers has been fantastic so far this season, with a 5-2 record in 8 starts powered by 55 strikeouts in 44 innings of 1.84 ERA ball. For some reason my dread at facing guys with 10 ERAs isn’t mirrored with confidence in facing dominant (so far) pitchers.
