The Phillies and Marlins go at it tonight in the rubber match between the two. Philadelphia was victorious in the first game, using a seven run eighth inning to make a big comeback against a solid Marlins bullpen. Last night, the Phillies were shut down by Trevor Rogers and the same bullpen, managing to scrap across only one run. Tonight, a series winner will be determined, a series win the Phillies need as they head into a tough weekend series against the Boston Red Sox.
You’re here for the lineups, so here we go. For the Phillies:

Vince Velasquez has been unusually good lately, reeling off three pretty good starts in a row, something he hasn’t done....ever? Still no J.T. Realmuto, but reports are tomorrow might be more feasible.
He’ll face this lineup from the Marlins:

1) Miguel Rojas SS
2) Jesus Aguilar 1B
3) Corey Dickerson LF
4) Garrett Cooper RF
5) Brian Anderson 3B
6) Isan Diaz 2B
7) Chad Wallach C
8) Magneuris Sierra CF
9) Sandy Alcantara SP#JuntosMiami
The Marlins send their ace to the mound in Sandy Alcantara. Alcantara might just be one of the most underrated pitchers in the game, even if his surface numbers aren’t eye popping. It’ll be a tough assignment for the Phils.
Let’s talk about it!
