Trying to reach .500 for about the 50th time this year, the Phillies head home to a soggy Citizens Bank Park to take on the Nationals. Quite frankly, the Phillies need these games. It’s only a two game series, so winning both would put them over .500 and set them up for a weekend battle in New York.
Here are the lineups. For the Phillies:
Wheeler's turn.

Zack Wheeler is on the bump tonight. He’s magnificent at home, meaning this is the team’s best shot to win a game that was originally supposed to be started by some guy named TBD. Now, with the Nationals lineup in, we know who that TBD is.

Yup, it’s Max Scherzer day. He’s got Kyle Schwarber at the top of the lineup, who has homered five times in his last two games. Might as well get him at the top to see the most plate appearances.
Let’s talk about it (and hope it’s not delayed).
