Not often you see games goes into the 12th inning with the new (see: dumb) runner on second rule to start an extra inning. Charlie Tilson delivered the walk-off 1-out RBI single. As we all remain frustrated at the big league team and its continuous use of bad relievers (see: David Hale). There are guys that are doing quite well like Hammer and Llovera that waste bullets in the minors.

He got a lot of help via the longball with dingers from Stott (4), Stokes (3) and Duran (2). Bryson Stott continues to exceed at every level this season. The top hitting prospect is slashing .291/.423/.539 with 9 HR across two levels.
Brooklyn 3, Jersey Shore 2 (F/10)
Ethan Lindow - 6 IP, 5 H, 0 R, BB, 5 K, 5 GB, 4 FB
Casey Martin - 0 for 3, RBI, BB, 2 K
Jhailyn Ortiz - 2 for 4, 2B, BB, CS
Logan O’Hoppe - 0 for 4, RBI
DJ Stewart - 1 for 4, 2B, 2 K
Jonathan Guzman - 1 for 4, K
Ethan Lindow with his longest and most successful start of the season. The 22 year old lefty has a 2.35 ERA and 14 strikeouts to 3 walks in High-A ball this year. He was decidedly less successful in Reading earlier this year (6.11 ERA in 17.2 IP). The offense behind him tied the game at 1-1 to force extras. The BlueClaws actually took the lead at the top of the inning via a Casey Martin sac-fly, but sadly Andrew Brown would give up two runs in the bottom of the inning to lose the game. DJ Stewart is riding a 6-game hitting streak and has reached base safely in all 13 games since being promoted to High-A from Clearwater.
