Gamethread 7/10: Phillies at Cardinals

Coming into this series, the Phillies were on a bit of a roll. The talk about the future centered on them heading to Toronto, but this was a big series. They were playing a team they were directly fighting for playoff positioning and they had to get a split at the minimum. Not only have they done that, they have done so emphatically, using dominant pitching to lead the way to two shutout wins.

Today, they’re going to need some more of that luck as they use a bullpen game here to try and take the game and the series. Here the lineups.
